The location of this hotel is amazing, just a few steps away from the subway station and a short 5-10 minute walk to the shopping center. It was so convenient to explore the area, including Namdaemun and Myeongdong. The fact that it is right opposite the bustling Namdaemun market is a big plus. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay. The daily room cleaning service was a great touch, ensuring that everything was always neat and tidy. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing my big group of 15 people to check in early with no extra charge. That made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of.

Great location, close to subway and shopping. Manager allows early check-in. Clean room with daily housekeeping.

The hotel has a great location, with a shopping mall just opposite the main road and the subway exits close by. It is also within walking distance to the famous Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong shopping street. the room and bathroom are clean and spacious, and there is a hot/cold water dispenser near the lift to use. the hotel staff speaks and understands English, making communication easier for international travelers.
The hotel lacks free toiletries, so guests may need to bring their own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

The hotel had a great location near a subway station, which made it easy to get around the city. It was also within walking distance of a large shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. the room was fairly clean and spacious, offering a great view from the window. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even with the language barrier.
the bathroom had a strong sewage smell, which was very unpleasant.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the metro station and close to the local market for souvenir shopping. The room was clean and spacious, with a hot/cold water dispenser for convenience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early without any extra charge.
The amenities in the room could use some improvement. The towels were a bit old and not very clean, and there was a slight smell in the bathroom.
